If you use the account through software (program), it only supports opening such accounts on Telegram Expert, TeleRaptor software. Using other software does not provide replacement service.
Important! Must log in via proxy! Connect to proxy before logging into the account, otherwise no replacement will be provided! Each account uses one IP address (corresponding to the account country).

The account may have temporary spam information blocking, which will be automatically lifted after a while. Only accounts with permanent spam information blocking can be replaced.
